Application Process

Step 1 - Meet with the Town Planner

All applicants must make an appointment with the Town Planner.  The Town Planner holds office hours on Tuesdays on an as needed, by appointment basis at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Hall.  Please contact Clerk Gina Gresch to make an appointment.  

Step 2 - Submit Applications and Fees

All required forms, applications and fees are to be submitted at the Town Hall during office hours.  10 copies of all documents are required on letter or legal sized paper.  Anything larger than that should be emailed to the Deputy Clerk as a PDF or JPG.  Click here to download the required forms.  

  • Regular applications are due three weeks prior to the next regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting. 
  • Public Hearing applications are due four weeks prior to the next regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting.
